A report that maternal environment affects testosterone levels 

To follow up on the post below, of 22 February 2012, here is a report that environmental factors, not genetic, may influence infant testosterone levels. This could provide a window for intrafamilial conflict as a cause for human homosexuality:

That is, theoretically a mother could influence the levels of testosterone in a son, unconsciously of course, to achieve her own genetic ends.

I still think it is most likely that homosexuality in humans is simply a developmental anomaly.
